Supply Chain Coordinator

Candidates should possess strong data analysis skills and experience with various supply chain systems to effectively coordinate activities across multiple departments.\n\nDuties\n\n * Manage category procurement activities, ensuring optimal sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.\n\n * Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) to coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules.\n\n * Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400 to track inventory levels, order processing, and stock movements.\n\n * Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline distribution processes.\n\n * Organise shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of goods.\n\n * Conduct process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.\n\n * Handle materials movement within warehouses using forklift trucks where necessary, adhering to safety protocols.\n\n * Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demands, and optimise stock levels.\n\n * Support warehouse activities including picking & packing orders in line with customer requirements.\n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues promptly and effectively.\n\nSkills\n\n * Proven experience in category management, process optimisation, and logistics coordination.\n\n * Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as AS400, and data analysis tools.\n\n * Familiarity with 3PL providers, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling equipment including forklift operation.\n\n * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n\n * Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills to interpret complex information for decision-making purposes.\n\n * Warehouse experience with a focus on picking & packing processes is highly desirable.\n\n * Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams efficiently.
